We have been having great fun in second class learning the operation transformation dance: it’s your move. We practised the tutorials in January and February and now we are enjoying doing the dance for excercise and fun :-).

In second class, we used our hand prints to create lovely flowers for our Mums and Nannies. Some of us made a vase for them and some of us wrapped them in a bow.
Ms. Mullery’s second class have been learning to play the recorder since September. We are very proud to be able to play several songs now. Our favourite one is Jingle Bells.

The second class girls created beautiful Autumn scenes using their hand prints and finger prints.
We were very creative this month and made our very own games using shopping bags and coloured paper. We had so much fun making them and now we have lovely games to play over the Summer holidays.
We really enjoyed inviting our families in to second class to see all the fabulous art work that we have been busy creating all year.
The second class girls have been learning about foods in season and they created some very tasty fruit smoothies, using fruits that were in season and some delicious yoghurts.
Second Class students have been practising mindfulness all year and are really perfecting the skill of being still and present in the middle of their busy days.
