It’s Your Move!!!

We have been having great fun in second class learning the operation transformation dance: it’s your move. We practised the tutorials in January and February and now we are enjoying doing the dance for excercise and fun :-).

We enjoyed a lovely healthy breakfast on Thursday. We had Rice Krispies / Cornflakes and orange juice whilst we chatted and listened to music. This was a lovely treat as we had received lots of compliments from adults around the school over the past few months.

Christmas Assembly

This morning we had our Christmas Assembly. It was great fun! Each class sang a Christmas song or read a Christmas poem.  We also came together to perform our ‘Jingle Bells’ dance as a school.  Happy Christmas to all pupils, staff, families and friends of Stanhope Street Primary School.  See you in 2018!

Helping Homelessn Children

Children Helping Children!

This year the children in Stanhope Street Primary having been donating presents to help homeless families in Dublin over the Christmas period and room 12 have collected eleven presents so far! Fantastic news! We are very grateful to all those who have donated and there is still time to get a gift in before Friday.
