6th class travelled to TU Dublin to take part in a hands-on science workshop called Light, Lenses and Mirrors.
The children spent the morning exploring the science of light through a series of practical experiments and demonstrations. They investigated how lenses bend light, how mirrors reflect images, and the principles behind everyday things like glasses, telescopes, cameras and a real camera obscura.
