Maths Week 2022!
We have been really busy this week celebrating Maths Week. We started off our week with a maths trail. 6th Class really kindly decided to help us with our trail. We have been playing maths games in our class this week too. We took part in lots of games around our school. We really enjoyed the ‘Estimation Station’ that Ms Carey set up for us. The whole school had to guess how many items were in different jars. The winners got really cool prizes. We had lots of fun!
Fifth class really enjoyed teaching the younger classes how to play some fun Maths games during Maths week.
We had great fun playing maths games and trying maths challenges in Room 10. We played an apple picking counting game, snakes and ladders and made tricky patterns using our peg boards.
