Sixth Class have been very busy writing letters and designing and making gifts for the people in our local nursing home. We heard about the ‘Care Package Appeal’ on the radio and wanted to get involved. The wonderful senior infants in Ms. Foley’s class also made some beautiful artwork to cheer them up. We wrote about our Care project in our gratitude journals to reflect on how our kindness can impact others.
We really enjoyed getting involved in this project and giving back to our community.
